Pursuant to Article Eight, Par. 5 of the Amended and Restated By-Laws of Western Shores Second Addition Association, Inc., the board of directors of the Western Shores Second Addition Association, Inc. has appointed an Architechural Committee. The memberes are: Geoff Norcross, Judy Perry, and Diane Reese.

The Committee will oversee the processing of the Architectural Review Applications and ensure that these applications, as approved by the baord of directors are adhered to.  All work shall be subject to a final inspection by the Committee.

The committee will submit a report to the Board at each at each regular meeting.  Any action deemed necessary by the Board of Directions will be taken at that time. 

The Board of Directorws suggests that all members review the Amended and Restated Declarion of Restrictions for Western Shores Subdivision, Second Addition.

It is the intention of the Board to contine to maintain the integrity of the wonderful lifeswtyle we all enjoy here in Western Shores.
